Proposed Draft Syllabi of Post-Graduate Courses under CBCS Scheme For Stakeholder Inputs


Teaching Departments of University of Delhi have already proposed new syllabi for Post-Graduate Programmes under CBCS following the due process at the Department level. In this sequence, the proposed draft syllabi of Post-Graduate Programmes are placed in the public domain to invite the feedback and suggestions from stakeholders before placing them for further statutory approval.

Stakeholders are advised to submit their feedback/suggestions on following parameters:

  • Whether the proposed post-graduate courses in comparison to under-graduate courses are justifying natural progression of students’ domain knowledge?
  • Whether the proposed post-graduate courses in comparison to under-graduate courses provides in depth the domain knowledge of the subject?
  • Whether there are unique course titles in the proposed post-graduate programmes in comparison to under-graduate courses?
  • Whether the proposed courses at post-graduate level provide ethical, social and value-based learning to the students?
  • Whether suggested readings of proposed post-graduate courses are unique in comparison to under-graduate courses?
  • Whether proposed courses at post-graduate and under-graduate level create employability for the students?
